With a brighter lighting, it becomes clear that the tear troughs or dark eye circles are virtually non existent for her, allowing the bright eyes that she have to shine through.

This photo has been taken from bottom upwards as opposed to the top photo. ​From this angle , I might suggest to further enhance the chin into a heart shaped look to define the lower face.
